I believe in this, but do you think he means technically better or something else!
What he said works for any industry or career. In short, a good team has a good skill set, with a good mix of communication skills, intelligence, creativity, management and spirit.
But ofcourse, since the book is talking about Micro ISV's in the IT industry, I assume that big part of the 'good team' indicates good technical skills.
yeah, microsoft is a living proof of that :P they sell u the sand as gold!
